Glenn Manton has a diverse background that has bridged the worlds of elite sport, education, corporate business and community responsibility. As the founder of the Whitelion organization in 1999, he pledges to support disadvantaged young people and help to make community a more inclusive and safer place to live. Glenn is therefore well placed to understand the value of social capital and the importance of communicating with youth and understanding their perceptions of the world. As an author of 3 books, teacher and presenter to schools, Glenn has developed relationships based on honesty, integrity and a sense of quality. His work in schools is highly regarded by staff and students alike whilst his ability to follow up on-line in the capacity of mentor cements his commitment to youth.

Arial Black owes it’s publication to a forerunning book based venture titled ‘Something to take away’. The ‘Pizza box book’ as it became known was created to contest the uniform nature of books. A story served within an actual pizza box complete with a free pizza voucher and numerous props saw each of the 900 hand fabricated copies eagerly engaged as the project stood out against mundane publications.
